Getting started
Section titled “Getting started”What does the app do, in one line? It prints one barcode label for every unit of stock you actually receive — from Shopify transfers, purchase orders (Stocky), a CSV, your catalog, or an order — onto Avery-style sheets or thermal rolls. See Get started.
Which label papers are supported? 11 presets: Avery 5160 / 5167 / 18163 / 5163 (Letter), Avery L7160 (A4), Dymo 30252 / 30334 / 30336 / 4XL, and Zebra 2¼×1¼” / 4×6”. See the preset table.
Which printers work? Any printer that prints PDFs — the app renders a standard PDF you print from your browser. Thermal (Dymo/Zebra) works via their drivers; Zebra printers can also take raw ZPL exports.
Labels and counting
Section titled “Labels and counting”Does it print the ordered quantity or the received quantity? The accepted quantity, per shipment. Ordered 100, accepted 95 → 95 labels. Rejected and not-yet-received units are excluded. See Print from a received transfer.
I received more stock later — do I get duplicate labels? No. Each transfer has one job that updates as stock arrives; by default you print only the difference, or choose to re-print everything.
My variant has no barcode / an invalid barcode. The label prints the SKU as text instead of a barcode — nothing silently breaks. The job table shows badges so you know which lines are affected. See troubleshooting.
Which barcode formats are supported? EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, and Code128 — with an Auto mode that picks the right format from the value’s length and checksum. See barcode formats.
Quota and billing
Section titled “Quota and billing”What counts toward the monthly quota? Labels actually rendered in print jobs. Calibration sheets and test renders are free, canceling before delivery skips un-rendered labels, and re-downloading a ZPL file never counts twice.
What happens when I hit the limit mid-job? Nothing is dropped — you print what fits, the rest stays in the job until you upgrade. See Pricing and plans.
Does it cost per label? No — flat monthly plans, never per label and never tied to your store’s volume.
Sheets and printing
Section titled “Sheets and printing”Can I use a half-used label sheet? Yes — pick the first empty cell in the start position grid; the app remembers it per sheet type.
The PDF opened but the labels are misaligned. Print at Actual size / 100% and verify the sheet preset matches your paper with a calibration sheet. Full checklist: labels misaligned.
Can I print more than 2,000 labels? Yes — the PDF splits automatically into multiple files of 2,000 labels. ZPL exports are capped at 2,000 labels per file.
History and data
Section titled “History and data”How long are my print jobs kept? 30 days, after which the rendered file is cleaned up but the job stays in history — Reprint rebuilds the PDF from the saved template snapshot. See print history.
Does the app store my customers’ data? No. Order-based jobs read line items (product title, SKU, barcode, price) only to render labels; no customer personal data is stored or displayed.
Can labels be in my shop’s other languages? Yes — add a Custom text slot, translate it on the Translations page, and pick the label language when printing. See Translate label text.
