Getting Started
Section titled “Getting Started”How do I create my first form?
Section titled “How do I create my first form?”- Go to Forms in the sidebar
- Click Create new form
- Choose a template or start blank
- Add fields using Add Elements
- Configure settings
- Click Save
- Display on your store

How do I display a form on my store?
Section titled “How do I display a form on my store?”- Open Shopify Theme Editor
- Navigate to target page
- Add Qivra Form Builder block
- Select your form
- Save changes

Is there a free plan?
Section titled “Is there a free plan?”Yes! The free plan includes:
- 3 forms
- 100 submissions/month
- Basic features

Forms & Fields
Section titled “Forms & Fields”How many fields can I add?
Section titled “How many fields can I add?”There’s no limit on the number of fields per form on any plan.
Can I create multi-step forms?
Section titled “Can I create multi-step forms?”Yes! Multi-step forms are available on all plans:
- Click Add Step
- Name your step
- Add fields to each step
- Configure step settings

How do I make a field required?
Section titled “How do I make a field required?”- Click on the field
- In field settings, toggle Required to On
- Save the form
Required fields show an asterisk (*) and must be filled to submit.
Can I show/hide fields based on other answers?
Section titled “Can I show/hide fields based on other answers?”Yes, using Conditional Logic:
- Select the field to conditionally show/hide
- Scroll to Conditional Logic
- Enable and set conditions
- Save

How do I add a file upload field?
Section titled “How do I add a file upload field?”File upload is available on Pro and higher plans:
- Click Add Elements
- Select File Upload
- Configure allowed types and size
- Save
Email & Notifications

Section titled “How do I receive email notifications?”- Go to Settings > Providers
- Configure your email provider
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Add recipient emails
- Save

Why am I not receiving emails?

- Email provider not configured
- Wrong recipient email
- Emails in spam folder
- Rate limits reached

Can I send auto-replies to customers?
Section titled “Can I send auto-replies to customers?”Yes, on Pro and higher plans:
- Open form settings
- Enable Auto-Reply
- Customize the message
- Save
Which email providers are supported?

How do I send submissions to Slack?

- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Add webhook URL
- Select channel
- Save

Can I use webhooks?
Section titled “Can I use webhooks?”Yes, on Pro and higher plans:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks
- Add your endpoint URL
- Configure triggers
- Save

Submissions
Section titled “Submissions”Where do I see submissions?
Section titled “Where do I see submissions?”- Go to Submissions in sidebar
- View all submissions
- Filter by date, form, or status
- Click to view details
Can I export submissions?
Section titled “Can I export submissions?”Yes:
- Go to Submissions page
- Apply filters if needed
- Click Export
- Choose CSV or Excel
- Download
How long are submissions stored?
Section titled “How long are submissions stored?”| Plan | Storage |

What if I hit my submission limit?
Section titled “What if I hit my submission limit?”When limit is reached:
- Forms stop accepting submissions
- Existing data preserved
- Counter resets monthly
To continue:
- Upgrade plan, or
- Wait for monthly reset
Billing
Section titled “Billing”How do I upgrade?
Section titled “How do I upgrade?”- Go to Settings > Billing
- Select new plan
- Enter payment details
- Confirm

Can I cancel anytime?
Section titled “Can I cancel anytime?”Yes:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Cancel subscription
- Access continues until period ends
Is there an annual discount?
Section titled “Is there an annual discount?”Yes! Annual billing saves about 17% (2 months free).
What payment methods are accepted?
Section titled “What payment methods are accepted?”- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Shopify billing (if installed via Shopify)

Can I customize the form styling?
