Manage Registration Forms and Submissions

This guide explains the Registrations list — how to manage your forms and the submissions each one collects.

registration-form

Go to Registrations in the sidebar. The table shows:

ColumnWhat it shows
Form nameThe form label
EnabledOn/off toggle — whether the form accepts submissions
SubmissionsNumber of signups received
Last updateWhen the form was last edited
  • Search — find forms by name.
  • Status filter — filter by enabled/disabled or All statuses.

Each form row has actions:

ActionWhat it does
Enable/Disable toggleTurn submissions on or off instantly
Embed scriptOpen a modal with the embed shortcode/block instructions
DuplicateClone the form
DeleteRemove the form (confirm required)

Use the Enabled toggle in the row:

  • Enabled — the form accepts submissions wherever it is embedded.
  • Disabled — the form stops accepting submissions immediately, even if it is still embedded on the store.

This is the fastest way to pause signups (e.g. when you have a backlog to review).

The Submissions column shows how many signups each form has received. Open a form to see its submissions. For each submission you can:

  • Read the applicant’s company details and contact info.
  • Decide whether to approve the applicant as a B2B customer.

Submissions are not automatically turned into Shopify B2B companies. Treat them as requests and onboard the approved ones manually in Shopify.

The number of company registrations you can receive per month depends on your plan:

PlanRegistrations / month
Free50
Basic1,000
PremiumUnlimited

When you reach the limit, new submissions are gated. Upgrade from Plans to raise the cap. See Plans and billing.

Deleting a form is permanent:

  1. Open row actions → Delete.
  2. Confirm in the dialog.
