Manage Registration Forms and Submissions
This guide explains the Registrations list — how to manage your forms and the submissions each one collects.
The registrations table
Section titled “The registrations table”Go to Registrations in the sidebar. The table shows:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Form name | The form label |
| Enabled | On/off toggle — whether the form accepts submissions |
| Submissions | Number of signups received |
| Last update | When the form was last edited |
Search and filter
Section titled “Search and filter”- Search — find forms by name.
- Status filter — filter by enabled/disabled or All statuses.
Row actions
Section titled “Row actions”Each form row has actions:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Enable/Disable toggle | Turn submissions on or off instantly |
| Embed script | Open a modal with the embed shortcode/block instructions |
| Duplicate | Clone the form |
| Delete | Remove the form (confirm required) |
Enable or disable a form
Section titled “Enable or disable a form”Use the Enabled toggle in the row:
- Enabled — the form accepts submissions wherever it is embedded.
- Disabled — the form stops accepting submissions immediately, even if it is still embedded on the store.
This is the fastest way to pause signups (e.g. when you have a backlog to review).
Review submissions
Section titled “Review submissions”The Submissions column shows how many signups each form has received. Open a form to see its submissions. For each submission you can:
- Read the applicant’s company details and contact info.
- Decide whether to approve the applicant as a B2B customer.
Submissions are not automatically turned into Shopify B2B companies. Treat them as requests and onboard the approved ones manually in Shopify.
Plan limits
Section titled “Plan limits”The number of company registrations you can receive per month depends on your plan:
| Plan | Registrations / month |
|---|---|
| Free | 50 |
| Basic | 1,000 |
| Premium | Unlimited |
When you reach the limit, new submissions are gated. Upgrade from Plans to raise the cap. See Plans and billing.
Delete a form
Section titled “Delete a form”Deleting a form is permanent:
- Open row actions → Delete.
- Confirm in the dialog.
