Shopify Flow Integration
This guide explains how to connect Qivra B2B Wholesale with Shopify Flow so every registration submission can kick off your own automations — emails, tags, CRM sync, Slack alerts, and more.
Available triggers
Section titled “Available triggers”Qivra B2B Wholesale provides two Flow triggers:
| Trigger | Fires when |
|---|---|
| Qivra B2B registration submitted (from customer) | A signed-in customer submits a registration form |
| Qivra B2B registration submitted (from anonymous user) | A guest (not signed in) submits a registration form |
Trigger fields
Section titled “Trigger fields”Each trigger exposes the following data to your workflow:
- Customer reference (customer trigger only) — the Shopify customer who submitted.
- Form name — the registration form that was submitted.
- Submit URL — where the submission came from.
- Submitted at — the submission timestamp.
Step 1: Create a workflow
Section titled “Step 1: Create a workflow”- In the Shopify admin, open Settings → Apps and sales channels → Flow (or install Shopify Flow first if you haven’t).
- Click Create workflow.
- Choose a trigger and search for Qivra B2B.
- Pick one of the two registration triggers above.
Step 2: Add conditions and actions
Section titled “Step 2: Add conditions and actions”Build the automation you need. Common examples:
- Notify your team — send a Slack/email internal message when a new wholesale signup arrives.
- Tag the customer — add a tag to the customer record for downstream segmentation.
- Start marketing — add the contact to a campaign or CRM tool.
- Create a task — open a to-do for your sales team to review the submission.
Step 3: Test and activate
Section titled “Step 3: Test and activate”- Submit a test entry from your embedded registration form.
- Check the workflow’s run history in Flow.
- Activate the workflow.
Flow vs. in-app approvals
Section titled “Flow vs. in-app approvals”Flow automations run in parallel with the app’s own approval workflow. Approving or rejecting a submission inside the app is unaffected by Flow — use Flow for everything around the review (notifications, CRM, tasks), and the app for the review itself.
Sending emails through Flow may incur provider charges depending on the actions you choose.
