Pricing and Plans

The app is priced as a flat monthly plan — never per label and never based on your store’s volume. This page explains what’s counted, what the current free phase means, and how a quota works.

ActionCounted?
Labels in a print job you render✓ Yes — one per label actually rendered
Calibration sheet✗ Never
Test render from the template editor✗ Never
Canceling a job mid-renderLabels already delivered count; the rest doesn’t
Printing only the difference after receiving more stockOnly the new labels — already-printed ones aren’t counted again
Reprinting an old job (new PDF)✓ Yes — new labels are rendered
Downloading ZPL for a jobCounted once per job — re-downloading the file is free

The app is built so a quota, if ever applied, is fair and predictable:

  • Flat monthly allowance per plan — a number like 1,000 labels/month, reset on the same date each month (the counter on Home shows the reset date).
  • Nothing is silently dropped. A banner on the job tells you “This job needs {count}, you have {remaining} left.” You print what fits; the rest stays in the job until the next month or a plan change — reopen the job and continue anytime.
  • Calibration sheets and test renders never count.

Paid plans (with a higher allowance, the Stocky CSV preset, and Zebra ZPL output) may be introduced later. Any plan changes are managed by Shopify — you approve them through Shopify’s secure flow and billing appears on your regular Shopify invoice.

Two features are tied to higher plans (both are currently free while the app is in launch phase):
