Frequently Asked Questions

This page answers the most common questions about Qivra B2B Wholesale. If you don’t find your answer here, contact support from the app.

It lets you offer custom B2B pricing and volume discounts, collect wholesale signups with a registration form, create draft orders with invoices, and track B2B sales on a dashboard — all inside Shopify.

The B2B sales dashboard requires Shopify Plus because it relies on Shopify’s B2B reporting. The rest of the app (price lists, registration forms, draft orders, storefront pricing) works on any Shopify plan.

Why don’t my B2B prices show on the storefront?

Section titled “Why don’t my B2B prices show on the storefront?”

Check, in order: (1) the price list is Active and within its effective period, (2) the app embed is enabled in your theme, (3) the metafield sync status is Up to date, (4) the test customer matches your customer/product/market selection. See Troubleshooting: B2B prices not showing.

Do storefront prices match checkout prices?

Section titled “Do storefront prices match checkout prices?”

Yes. Both the storefront display and the checkout Shopify Function read the same shop metafield, so the price a customer sees is the price they pay. See How checkout pricing works.

What happens when two price lists match the same customer?

Section titled “What happens when two price lists match the same customer?”

The one with the higher priority wins. Use priority to layer audiences without overlapping discounts. See Priority, status, and effective period.

Yes. Use Specific variants product selection and set a per-variant fixed price override. A fixed price beats every other rule. See Product selection & overrides.

Can I schedule a price list to start and end automatically?

Section titled “Can I schedule a price list to start and end automatically?”

Yes. Set the Effective period (From/To). A scheduler flips the list on/off at those times. See Effective period.

Why was my “percentage increase” tier ignored at checkout?

Section titled “Why was my “percentage increase” tier ignored at checkout?”

Shopify checkout cannot add surcharges. Percentage-increase price breaks apply to storefront display only and are skipped at checkout. See Pricing rules.

Are submissions automatically created as Shopify B2B companies?

Section titled “Are submissions automatically created as Shopify B2B companies?”

No. Submissions are stored as review requests. You approve and onboard the company manually in Shopify. See Shopify B2B companies.

Toggle the form Enabled off in the registrations list. The embedded form stops accepting submissions immediately. See Manage submissions.

Three ways: enable the app embed, add via Theme Editor block, or use the embed shortcode. See Storefront display.

Create a draft order and choose Create draft order & send invoice. Shopify emails the buyer a checkout link. See Create a draft order.

Where do I find the Company ID and Variant ID?

Section titled “Where do I find the Company ID and Variant ID?”

In the Shopify admin: Companies for Company/Location IDs, and Products for Variant IDs. See Create a draft order.

Free: 5 companies / 50 registrations per month. Basic: 100 / 1,000. Premium: unlimited / unlimited. See Plans and billing.

Yes — 14 days on Basic and Premium. See Plans and billing.

What does “Action needed” in the sync panel mean?

Section titled “What does “Action needed” in the sync panel mean?”

The last metafield sync failed. Click Try again; if it keeps failing, run Refresh all prices or contact support. See Metafield sync status.

What does “Outside window” mean on a price list?

Section titled “What does “Outside window” mean on a price list?”

The list is Active but the current time is outside its effective period, so it isn’t applying prices right now. See Effective period.
