Manage Submissions
The Submissions page is where you view and manage all form submissions from your customers. This guide covers everything you need to know about managing submissions.
Accessing Submissions
Section titled âAccessing Submissionsâ- Go to Qivra Form Builder
- Click Submissions in the sidebar
- View all form submissions
Submissions List
Section titled âSubmissions ListâList View
Section titled âList ViewâThe submissions table shows:

Status Indicators

| Sent | Email notification delivered |

Filtering Submissions
Section titled âFiltering SubmissionsâBy Date
Section titled âBy Dateâ- Click date filter
- Select range:
- Today
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Custom range
By Form
Section titled âBy Formâ- Click form dropdown
- Select specific form
- View only that formâs submissions
By Status
Section titled âBy Statusâ- Click status filter
- Choose:
- All
- Sent
- Pending
- Failed
Viewing Submission Details
Section titled âViewing Submission DetailsâOpening a Submission
Section titled âOpening a Submissionâ- Click on any submission row
- Detailed view opens
Details Included

Customer Information
Section titled âCustomer InformationâIf collected, youâll see:
- Name
- Phone
- Any other fields
Exporting Submissions
Section titled âExporting SubmissionsâExport All
Section titled âExport Allâ- Go to Submissions page
- Click Export button
- Choose format (CSV or Excel)
- Download file
Export Filtered
Section titled âExport Filteredâ- Apply filters first
- Click Export
- Only filtered results exported
Export Options
Section titled âExport Optionsâ| Format | Best For |

Deleting Submissions
Section titled âDeleting SubmissionsâSingle Submission
Section titled âSingle Submissionâ- Click on submission
- Click Delete button
- Confirm deletion
Multiple Submissions
Section titled âMultiple Submissionsâ- Select submissions with checkboxes
- Click Delete button
- Confirm deletion
Warning: Deleted submissions cannot be recovered.
Bulk Delete
Section titled âBulk Deleteâ- Select all with top checkbox
- Or select specific ones
- Delete in one action
Submission Actions
Section titled âSubmission ActionsâResend Notification
Section titled âResend NotificationâFor failed notifications:
- Open submission
- Click Retry Notification
- System resends email
Mark as Handled
Section titled âMark as HandledâTrack your progress:
- Open submission
- Mark as handled
- Track which are done
Add Notes
Section titled âAdd NotesâInternal notes on submissions:
- Open submission
- Add note in notes field
- Save
Search Submissions
Section titled âSearch SubmissionsâSearch Field
Section titled âSearch Fieldâ- Use search box at top
- Enter search term
- Results filter automatically
