Manage Submissions

The Submissions page is where you view and manage all form submissions from your customers. This guide covers everything you need to know about managing submissions.

  1. Go to Qivra Form Builder
  2. Click Submissions in the sidebar
  3. View all form submissions

The submissions table shows:

  1. Click date filter
  2. Select range:
    • Today
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 30 days
    • Custom range
  1. Click form dropdown
  2. Select specific form
  3. View only that form’s submissions
  1. Click status filter
  2. Choose:
    • All
    • Sent
    • Pending
    • Failed
  1. Click on any submission row
  2. Detailed view opens

If collected, you’ll see:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Any other fields
  1. Go to Submissions page
  2. Click Export button
  3. Choose format (CSV or Excel)
  4. Download file
  1. Apply filters first
  2. Click Export
  3. Only filtered results exported

  1. Click on submission
  2. Click Delete button
  3. Confirm deletion
  1. Select submissions with checkboxes
  2. Click Delete button
  3. Confirm deletion

Warning: Deleted submissions cannot be recovered.

  1. Select all with top checkbox
  2. Or select specific ones
  3. Delete in one action

For failed notifications:

  1. Open submission
  2. Click Retry Notification
  3. System resends email

Track your progress:

  1. Open submission
  2. Mark as handled
  3. Track which are done

Internal notes on submissions:

  1. Open submission
  2. Add note in notes field
  3. Save
  1. Use search box at top
  2. Enter search term
  3. Results filter automatically

  • Delete on request
  • Export on request
  • Honor data requests
  1. Check daily - Review new submissions
  2. Respond - Contact customers
  3. Note actions - Add notes
  4. Mark handled - Track progress
  5. Archive - Delete old submissions
