B2B Prices Not Showing on the Storefront

This guide helps you fix the most common reason B2B prices don’t appear on your storefront. Work through the checklist in order.

  1. Go to Price Lists.
  2. Open the price list.
  3. Confirm Status is Active (not Draft or Inactive).
  4. Confirm it has at least one rule — the publish guard blocks activation otherwise.

2. Is the list inside its effective period?

Section titled “2. Is the list inside its effective period?”

If the list shows an Outside window badge, the current time is outside its Effective period. Adjust the From/To dates or wait for the window. See Effective period.

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds.
  2. Confirm Qivra B2B Wholesale is toggled on.
  3. Save. See Enable the app embed.
  1. Open the price list and check the Metafield sync panel.
  2. If it says Action needed, click Try again.
  3. If it still fails, open Advanced → Refresh all prices for a full resync.
  4. Wait for Up to date. See Metafield sync status.

5. Does the test customer match the customer selection?

Section titled “5. Does the test customer match the customer selection?”
  • If the list targets By customer tags, confirm the customer actually has the tag in Shopify admin.
  • If it targets Logged-in customers, confirm the customer is signed in.
  • If it targets Specific, confirm the customer is in the selected list.

See Customer and market selection.

6. Does the product match the product selection?

Section titled “6. Does the product match the product selection?”
  • If the list targets By collection, confirm the product is in that collection.
  • If it targets By product tags, confirm the product has the tag.
  • If it targets Specific variants, confirm you’re viewing one of the selected variants.

See Product selection.

If the list targets Specific markets, confirm the customer’s current market is in the list. See Customer and market selection.

If two lists match the same customer/product/market, the higher priority wins. Check that a higher-priority list isn’t overriding the one you expect. See Priority.

The storefront engine reads product/variant/collection/cart data through theme snippets the app injects. If your theme uses heavily customized markup, data may not be exposed. Try the app on a default Shopify theme (Dawn) to confirm; if it works there, contact support about your custom theme.

  1. Run Advanced → Refresh all prices from the sync panel.
  2. Collect the price list name, the test customer, and the product URL.
  3. Contact support with the failed-variant samples from the Advanced panel.
