Quick Start Guide
This Quick Start walks you through the fastest path to live B2B pricing: create a price list, enable the app embed, then confirm prices show on your storefront.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”Make sure you have:
- Installed Qivra B2B Wholesale from the Shopify App Store.
- Products with variants published on your store.
- Admin access to your Shopify store (to edit theme/app embeds).
Step 1: Create your first price list
Section titled “Step 1: Create your first price list”A price list is a set of rules that decides which customers get which prices, for which products.
- Open the app and go to Price Lists → New price list.
- Enter a Name (e.g. “Wholesale — 10% off”).
- Under Customer selection, choose who sees the price (e.g. By customer tags →
wholesale). - Under Product selection, choose what the price applies to (e.g. All or By collection).
- Add a discount or price break rule — at least one rule is required to activate the list.
- Set Status to Active and click Save.

Step 2: Enable the app embed
Section titled “Step 2: Enable the app embed”The storefront pricing engine must be turned on for B2B prices to display.
- In the app, follow the Setup Guide on the Home page, or
- Open the Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds, and toggle on Qivra B2B Wholesale.
- Save the theme.

Step 3: Confirm prices on your storefront
Section titled “Step 3: Confirm prices on your storefront”- Tag a test customer with the tag you used in Step 1 (e.g.
wholesale), or log in as that customer. - Visit a product page that matches your product selection.
- Confirm the B2B price and any volume-discount table appear.

Step 4: (Optional) Add a registration form
Section titled “Step 4: (Optional) Add a registration form”To accept wholesale signups from your storefront:
- Go to Registrations → New and start from the default template.
- Edit fields, then enable the form.
- Display it via a theme block or embed shortcode — see Display options.
Submissions are stored in the app for your review. They are not automatically converted into Shopify B2B companies — approve them manually.
