Translate Registration Forms

Your registration form is often the first thing a new B2B customer sees. If your shop sells in multiple languages, translate the form so every buyer reads it in their own language — fields, messages, and even the confirmation email.

The Translations page’s Registration form tab handles all of it.

GroupItems
Form fieldsEach field’s label, placeholder, and helper text — for every field and step in the form
Options & messagesChoice options (dropdown/radio/checkbox texts), the submit button text, and the success message shown after submitting
EmailsThe auto-response email — subject and body — sent to the customer after they submit

If your form has no translatable text fields, the page will say so.

  1. In the app, go to Translations and open the Registration form tab.
  2. If you have more than one registration form, pick it from the form picker at the top.
  3. Choose the language to translate. Source text (your form’s primary language) is shown on the left; your translation goes on the right.
  4. Translate the fields, options, messages, and email content. Use Insert variable in the email editor to keep placeholders like the customer’s name intact.
  5. Click Save.

The translated form is served automatically to customers browsing in that language — no theme changes needed.

The email section includes a preview with sample data, so you can see how the translated auto-response email looks before saving. You can also send yourself a test email to check it in your inbox.

Click Translate with AI for a language to fill the empty fields automatically:

  • Translation runs in the background — leave the page and keep working.
  • Filled fields are marked with an AI badge; review and adjust freely — your own edits are never overwritten.
  • Labels that couldn’t be translated automatically are listed so you can finish them by hand.

AI translation uses a monthly token allowance shown on the page; it resets on the 1st of each month.
