Getting Started with Qivra Form Builder

Step 1: Install the App

Go to the Shopify App Store and search for “Qivra Form Builder”
Click Add app to install it on your store
Grant the necessary permissions when prompted
You’ll be redirected to the app dashboard

Step 2: Explore the Dashboard

After installation, you’ll see the main dashboard with:

Forms	Create, edit, and manage all your forms
Templates	Browse ready-made form templates
Submissions	View all form submissions from customers
Settings	Configure email providers and notifications
Pricing	View available plans and upgrade options

Step 3: Create Your First Form

You have two options to create a form:

Option A: Start from a Template

Go to Templates from the sidebar
Browse available templates by category
Click Use this template to create a form based on it

Option B: Start from Scratch

Go to Forms from the sidebar
Click Create new form
Select Blank Form to start with an empty canvas

Step 4: Display Your Form on Your Store

After creating your form, you need to display it on your storefront:

Open Shopify Theme Editor (Customize theme)
Navigate to the page where you want the form
Add a section and select Qivra Form Builder block
Select your form from the dropdown
Save and publish your changes
