Getting Started

Welcome to Qivra PO Label Printer — the fastest way to turn received inventory into scannable barcode labels. The app counts the quantities you actually accepted (not what was ordered), and prints them on the label paper you already own: Avery die-cut sheets, Dymo roll labels, or Zebra thermal printers.

FeatureWhat it does
Print what you receivedLabels are counted from accepted quantities per shipment — a 95-of-100 delivery prints 95 labels, rejected units excluded
4 label sourcesReceived transfers · product search & filters · supplier CSV (including Stocky exports) · order line items
Print exactly where you left offTap the first unused cell of a partially used sheet and printing starts right there
Avery-accurate presets5160/5167/18163/5163 on US Letter, L7160 on A4, Dymo rolls, Zebra sizes — geometry follows manufacturer specs
Trusted barcodesEAN-13 / UPC-A / EAN-8 / UPC-E validated with checksum before printing; Code 128 for any SKU
Template designerStack barcode, SKU, title, price, and custom text lines per label — live WYSIWYG preview and a free test render
Free calibration sheetPrint a numbered grid on plain paper to verify alignment before committing a real label sheet (never counted toward your quota)
Works automaticallyWhen stock is received, the app prepares the print job for you and announces it on Home
Multi-language labelsTranslate custom text on your labels into your shop’s languages
PDF + Zebra ZPL outputPrint via any browser (PDF) or export raw ZPL for networked Zebra printers
Shopify SidekickAsk Shopify’s AI assistant what needs labelling or how many labels you have left — it can check the app for you
  1. Pick a template. Three starter templates are pre-installed on first launch — open Label templates to customize them.
  2. Choose where labels come from. A received transfer (quantities are what you accepted), a product filter, a CSV file, or an order.
  3. Print. The app renders a PDF that opens in a new tab — print it at Actual size on your label paper.

When you first open the app, the Home page shows a Get started guide with three steps:

Three starter templates are pre-installed for you:

Starter templatePaperLayout
Retail priceAvery 5160 (Letter, 30 up)Title · price · SKU on one line, barcode digits, barcode
Warehouse SKUAvery 5167 (Letter, 80 up)Bold SKU + low 6 mm barcode — fits the small return-address cell
Shipping 4×6Zebra 4×6” rollLarge title, variant, tall 50 mm barcode, SKU

Click View templates to open the template list and customize any of them. See Label template overview.

Create a print job from a received transfer, product filter, order, or CSV upload. The 1-label test render is free and doesn’t use your monthly quota. See Quick start: print your first labels.

Print the calibration sheet on plain paper and hold it against your label sheet before committing a real one. Alignment depends on the printer, so re-check whenever you switch printers — even on the same paper. Calibration prints are always free. See Calibration and sheet alignment.

The app navigation has these pages:

  • Any printer you already own — an office inkjet/laser for Avery sheets, or a Dymo / Zebra / Rollo thermal printer. The app produces PDFs (and ZPL for Zebra); no hardware is sold or required from us.
  • Products with SKUs or barcodes in Shopify. Variants without a barcode still print — the SKU is printed as text instead.
  • No app embed or theme changes — everything runs inside your Shopify admin.
