Why the recommender is on Free
Section titled “Why the recommender is on Free”Size recommendations are the reason shoppers open a size chart at all — locking them behind a paywall punishes small stores and quietly worsens their returns. So the recommender, including fit breakdowns and the select-size button, ships on every plan.
What “flat” means
Section titled “What “flat” means”Growth is a single monthly price regardless of order volume. A store doing hundreds of orders a month pays the same as one doing tens of thousands — pricing that scales with your success is a tax on growth, and we won’t do it.
Plan limits in the app
Section titled “Plan limits in the app”- Creating your 51st chart on Free is blocked with a clear limit message — export first if you want a backup, then upgrade and continue.
- AI import quota (Free) resets monthly; parser-based imports (paste, CSV, JSON, URL, product descriptions) are unlimited and never touch the quota.
- Analytics (Growth) adds recommender usage over time: how often results are shown, which sizes get suggested, and how often shoppers accept them.
Upgrading and downgrading
Section titled “Upgrading and downgrading”Manage your plan from the app’s Pricing page — it opens Shopify’s plan chooser (billed on your Shopify invoice).
- Upgrade takes effect immediately; charts beyond the Free limit become creatable right away.
- Downgrade keeps your data. Above 50 charts on Free you just can’t create new ones — existing charts keep working, and export stays available so you’re never locked in.
