Form Not Displaying

If your form isn’t showing up on your store, this guide will help you identify and fix the issue.

Before troubleshooting, verify:

Symptoms:

  • Form doesn’t appear in Theme Editor dropdown
  • Recent changes not showing

Solution:

  1. Open form in Form Builder
  2. Click Save
  3. Refresh Theme Editor

Symptoms:

  • Form shows in list but not on store
  • Status shows “Disabled”

Solution:

  1. Go to Forms list
  2. Find the form
  3. Toggle status to Enabled

Symptoms:

  • Form shows lock icon
  • Message about plan limits

Solution:

  1. Check your plan limits
  2. Delete unused forms, or
  3. Upgrade your plan

Symptoms:

  • Different form showing than expected
  • Old form still displaying

Solution:

  1. Open Theme Editor
  2. Click on form block
  3. Select correct form from dropdown
  4. Save changes

Symptoms:

  • Block doesn’t appear in Theme Editor
  • “App block not found” error

Solution:

  1. Verify theme is Online Store 2.0 compatible
  2. Check theme documentation
  3. Contact theme developer if needed

Symptoms:

  • Changes not appearing
  • Old version showing

Solution:

  1. Clear browser cache
  2. Try incognito/private window
  3. Wait a few minutes for CDN update

Symptoms:

  • No forms appearing
  • App blocks not available

Solution:

  1. Go to Shopify Admin > Apps
  2. Verify Qivra Form Builder is installed
  3. Reinstall if necessary

Check in order:

  1. Page source

    • View page source (Ctrl+U)
    • Search for “qivra” or “form-builder”
    • If not found, form not embedded
  2. Console errors

    • Open browser DevTools (F12)
    • Check Console tab for errors
    • Note any red error messages
  3. Network tab

    • Check Network tab in DevTools
    • Look for failed script loads
    • Check for 404 errors
