  1. Go to Forms in the sidebar
  2. Click Create new form
  3. Choose a template or start blank
  4. Add fields using Add Elements
  5. Configure settings
  6. Click Save

There’s no limit on the number of fields per form on any plan.

Yes! Multi-step forms are available on all plans:

  1. Click Add Step
  2. Name your step
  3. Add fields to each step
  4. Configure step settings

  2. In field settings, toggle Required to On
  3. Save the form

Required fields show an asterisk (*) and must be filled to submit.

Can I show/hide fields based on other answers?

Yes, using Conditional Logic:

  1. Select the field to conditionally show/hide
  2. Scroll to Conditional Logic
  3. Enable and set conditions
  4. Save

File upload is available on Pro and higher plans:

  1. Click Add Elements
  2. Select File Upload
  3. Configure allowed types and size
  4. Save

  2. Configure your email provider
  3. Go to Settings > Notifications
  4. Add recipient emails
  5. Save

Common causes:

  • Email provider not configured
  • Wrong recipient email
  • Emails in spam folder

  4. Choose CSV or Excel
