Getting Started with Qivra B2B Wholesale
Welcome to Qivra B2B Wholesale - the all-in-one wholesale solution that lets you offer custom B2B pricing and volume discounts, capture company signups, and manage draft orders directly inside Shopify.
This guide gives you a high-level overview of the app and points you to the detailed walkthroughs for each feature.
What is Qivra B2B Wholesale?
Section titled “What is Qivra B2B Wholesale?”Qivra B2B Wholesale turns your Shopify store into a B2B sales channel. With the app you can:
- Set custom B2B prices per customer group, market, product, or variant.
- Offer volume discounts (tiered pricing) such as “Buy 10+ get 5% off”.
- Collect wholesale signups with a customizable registration form.
- Create draft orders and send invoices to B2B customers.
- Track B2B performance on the sales dashboard.

How pricing works under the hood
Section titled “How pricing works under the hood”Qivra B2B Wholesale applies your price list rules in two places so the prices customers see match what they pay at checkout:
- Storefront: an app embed block loads a pricing engine that rewrites product, collection, and cart prices in real time.
- Checkout: a Shopify Function reads the same rules and applies the discount when the order is placed.
Both layers read from the same source of truth (a shop metafield), so storefront and checkout always stay in sync.
Step 1: Install and open the app
Section titled “Step 1: Install and open the app”- Install Qivra B2B Wholesale from the Shopify App Store.
- Approve the required access scopes when prompted.
- You will land on the Home page with a setup guide and your B2B sales dashboard.
Step 2: Build your setup with the on-page guide
Section titled “Step 2: Build your setup with the on-page guide”The Home page shows a two-step Setup Guide:
- Create your first price list: define who gets a B2B price and what the discount is.
- Enable the app embed: turn on the storefront pricing engine so B2B prices display on your store.
Follow the guide; it dismisses itself once both steps are complete.
