Getting Started
Welcome to Qivra PreOrder, the easiest way to sell products before they are in stock. Whether you are launching a new product, running a limited drop, or managing backorders, Qivra PreOrder helps you capture sales early and keep customers informed.

How to Get Started
Section titled “How to Get Started”Step 1: Install the App
Section titled “Step 1: Install the App”Go to the Shopify App Store and install Qivra PreOrder. Open the app from your Shopify admin dashboard.
Step 2: Create Your First Offer
Section titled “Step 2: Create Your First Offer”- Click Create Offer on the home page or go to Offers > Create Offer
- Enter a name for your pre-order campaign
- Configure payment type (full payment, deposit, combined, or pay-nothing)
- Set schedule dates if needed
- Add products and variants to the offer
- Click Save Draft or Activate
Step 3: Configure Payment Settings
Section titled “Step 3: Configure Payment Settings”Choose how customers pay at checkout:
- Full Payment: Customer pays 100% upfront
- Partial Payment (Deposit): Customer pays a deposit, remaining balance charged later
- Combined: Offer both full payment and deposit options
- Pay Nothing: Authorization only, charge when product ships

Step 4: Customize Display
Section titled “Step 4: Customize Display”Configure how pre-order badges and buttons appear on your storefront:
- Badge text and colors
- Button text, colors, and styling
- Delivery messages
- Collection page card display

Step 5: Enable App Embed
Section titled “Step 5: Enable App Embed”Enable the Qivra PreOrder app embed in your Shopify Theme Editor so badges and buttons appear on your storefront. See the setup guide on the home page for step-by-step instructions.
Step 6: Monitor Orders
Section titled “Step 6: Monitor Orders”Track all pre-order orders in the Orders tab. View payment status, capture remaining balances, and manage scheduled payments.
