Plan Limits
This guide provides detailed information about plan limits and what happens when you reach them.
Active Offer Limits

Active offers are offers with status “Active”. Paused, completed, and archived offers do not count toward the limit.
What happens when you reach the limit?
Section titled “What happens when you reach the limit?”- You cannot create new offers or activate paused offers
- Existing active offers continue to work normally
- To add new offers, pause or archive existing ones, or upgrade to Premium
Product Limits

Products include all variants. Each variant counts as one product toward the limit.
Monthly Order Limits

The order count resets on the 1st of each month.
What happens when you reach the order limit?
Section titled “What happens when you reach the order limit?”- New pre-order checkouts are blocked
- Existing orders are not affected
- The pre-order badge and button are hidden from the storefront
- Counter resets at the start of the next month
Quantity Limit Features

Per-customer limits track how many units each customer has purchased across all their orders. This requires Premium.
Activity Log Retention

The activity log tracks offer status changes, order events, and payment captures. Older entries are automatically purged.
